Code of Federal Regulations Search – Find and
obtain copies of existing federal regulations, including 49 CFR
(transportation).

DOT HazMat Website – Go straight to DOT’s
Hazmat website and find information on new U.S. and international
regulatory proposals, and enforcement activities (Includes List of
Packaging Providers' "M" Numbers). For a full list of "M" numbers,
click the yellow placard that says "Available Forms and Documents"
and scroll down to "Manufacturers Symbols". A great site.

workplace safety issues. Access to copies of rules, regulations,

has been inspected, as well as the status and outcome of the
inspection.

– One of the best sites on the Web for legislative information.
Updated daily, the site provides copies of all federal legislation,
committee reports, etc. Try this site if you are a government
junkie.

UN Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods
– Site for the leading international body for setting standards in
the transport of dangerous goods.

information about international environmental issues, projects, and
programs.
